Sketching on Dartmoor.

Here I am doing my usual thing, admiring trees.
We were away for a break in Torbay, Devon last week, and went for a picnic on Dartmoor. Stopping at one of the smaller Torrs, I could'nt resist a quick sketch of these trees that I have seen  many times before.

I also had time to do another sketch the next day at a little cove in Goodrington.
This is looking across towards Torquay and Paignton.

It was a lovely sunny morning, and there were tiny bits of sea glass glittering like jewels on the sand, mostly green like emeralds, which we collected up and I saved them in my purse.
I have a mirror which I am restoring for my bathroom, so I think they will be perfect for that.
